While working BlindScanner creates protocol and writes it to the file on the disk.
Sometimes, when you are contacting support, we ask you to send the log files. To find the log files look in the appropriate directory, depending on the installation type.

On the server:

The server log file is stored in the Common AppData directory %ProgramData%\Masters ITC Software\BlindScanner Server\

c:\ProgramData\Masters ITC Software\BlindScanner Server\service.log

On the client:

The client log file is stored in the Common AppData directory %ProgramData%\Masters ITC Software\BlindScanner\

• Standalone application c:\ProgramData\Masters ITC Software\BlindScanner\blindscanner.log
• TWAIN-module c:\ProgramData\Masters ITC Software\BlindScanner\client.log
• Console application c:\ProgramData\Masters ITC Software\BlindScanner\BlindScannerCLI.log
